You have a track record of success with 1-2 years in a high-volume recruiting, technical sourcing and/or people operations role with the numbers to prove it.
What the role is
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will join the Talent Acquisition team to help scale a high-volume candidate sourcing strategy while owning the process for coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders, and the communication efforts that create a thoughtful candidate experience. This will be rooted in thoughtful and iterative processes that help Drizly exemplify our core values from the moment candidates consider us.
By supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Partners with sourcing efforts and collaborating with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator shares the responsibility of identifying and attracting the best talent for Drizly and delivering a thoughtful experience for all involved. So, when it comes to identifying and attracting the best talent and supporting hiring partners, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator approaches this role with care and creativity to solve whatever gets in our way, however big or small the task.
This role also works with the entire People Team to support the growth and retention of our people and has a clear path to growing your career in talent acquisition, people operations, and/or HR at Drizly and beyond, measured by a transparent assessment of the goals you’ll help create for yourself.
In this role you will:
- Identify, engage, and attract top talent by sourcing for historically difficult to fill positions with creativity and measurement as your guiding principles
- Bolster the Drizly candidate experience at every stage with a process-driven approach that emphasizes thoughtfulness, respect, and quality. This starts from the moment candidates start considering a role all the way through their on-site interviews
- Support key hiring managers and stakeholders by balancing and bettering multiple schedules and logistics, and exemplifying through your work on the People Ops team what we encourage the rest of the company to model
- Partner with other members of the Talent Acquisition team on strategies that support our employer branding efforts which could include logistics around strategic events, guiding Drizly’s relationship with talent sources, helping create content for social media, and more
