We are searching for a solutions analyst to play a critical role in mapping 6 River’s solutions to our customer’s requirements and creating the business case for our systems with our customers. This position is a highly visible within the organization and you will routinely interact with sales, product, engineering and as well as with our prospects’ senior leadership.

Key Activities:

  • Assist in the discovery of client requirements through site visits, interviews and data analysis
  • Quantitatively model the benefits of our system
  • Understand and articulate the value proposition of our solution
  • Team with sales executives to produce clear and concise materials for executive-level audience
  • Partner with engineering and product management to identify new product requirements and enhancements
  • Assist in all facets of Customer Lifecycle – sales, solutions, services, support, and account management

 

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in related discipline (pre-sales consulting, product management or professional services)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in rapidly changing startup environment
  • Able to answer customer technical questions in a friendly and encouraging manner
  • Analytical, technical and problem solving skills that can be applied to real world solutions
  • Experience with data analysis tools (SQL) and databases (cloud based)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; Organization and time management skills
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or science
  • Experience in supply chain software, warehouse management software, or automation a plus

 

Travel:

Position will require 25-40% travel. Frequent visits to prospect sites and existing customer sites throughout the region
