You have a proven track record of success and 3+ years of working in a Sales management position in the tech space.
What the role is
In this Sales Manager role, you will be an integral part of the Retail Sales team. You will be responsible for leading a team, reporting on key metrics, crafting sales plans, coaching, and developing our sales talent. You will support our Director of Sales in our goal to more than double the size of our retail network in 2020 and play a key role in planning for the future.
In this role you will be given autonomy to think outside the box and offer creative solutions. You will be given the opportunity to work with a team of motivated sales professionals and play a key role in helping to build this team.
In this role you will:
- Manage and develop our outbound sales team
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales planning
- Work in close collaboration with our Account Management and Onboarding teams
- Problem solve in real-time, pivoting based on business and customer needs
