Who you are

You are an experienced Product Manager who has led a consumer product offering from strategy through execution. You have worked closely with engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver a flawless customer experience reducing friction and growing conversion. You have a propensity toward action, enjoying both the nitty-gritty of product development and also thinking strategically about how a product fits into the overall business.

What the role is

As a company we need to accelerate our product offering to consumers now. We will look to scale and expand our offering through new and innovative product bets and tests that will allow us to become the world’s largest liquor store personalized for you.

There is a substantial amount of work to be done for our consumers and endless opportunities and directions that work could head in. Our consumers deserve a friction-free path to discover and purchase the right products at the right time. The Core Experiences squad will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the consumer experience on web, iOS, and Android growing conversion and retention while encouraging consumers to return again and again.

Please note: this role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Colorado.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the prioritization and execution of a roadmap that drives success for our Consumer customer
  • Lead sprints with the engineering team and maintain backlog of work
  • Own communication of roadmap, projects, sprints, and progress within to crucial team members
  • Translate the quantitative and qualitative customer findings into educational and iterative action
  • Advise thought leadership to overall strategy for the broader consumer vision
