Drizly’s Merchandising team is looking for a collaborative beer/wine/liquor enthusiast to build a best-in-class online catalog, establishing Drizly as the authority in alcohol. Your efforts will have an immediate impact on the shopping experience by improving the quality and consistency of our product content. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to execute high-priority projects. This is a role for someone with supreme organization skills who thrives working on multiple work streams.

What You Will Do

  • Drive customer satisfaction and trust by improving the quality and breadth of product information throughout the Drizly catalog
  • Interact directly with alcohol brands and stores to add new products to the Drizly assortment and keep in-line items up to date
  • Constantly evaluate existing workflows and seek opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and process improvement
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Store Integration teams to execute on high priority, high impact projects
  • Assist in the creation of compelling site content to improve customer engagement
  • Turn ambiguous ideas into data-driven action plans
  • Stay organized while pivoting and refining strategies as priorities evolve over time

Job Requirements

  • Keen understanding and appreciation of alcohol, with insatiable curiosity for the category
  • 1-3 years’ in a relevant professional field with project or people management experience
  • Proven track record in taking ownership and delivering results within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain a strong understanding of business strategy and bottom line goals
  • Passionate about improving customer experience
  • Effective verbal and written communicator able to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment
  • Extensive experience with Excel required
