Who you are
You are a highly skilled relationship builder and have a knack for understanding the unique needs of different audiences. You are an excellent listener, and are able to draw out more from others through your ability to relate openly with diverse groups of people across levels and functions. People would describe you as highly organized with a keen attention to detail, continuously looking for opportunities to improve and optimize processes. You are highly adaptable and you thrive in fast-paced environments where things change quickly.
You have a proven track record of success and 1+ years of facilitation experience within a People Operations/Human Resources team . We would be extra impressed if you have onboarding, instructional design, and/or program design experience.
What the role is
In this Learning & Development Facilitator role, you will be an integral part of the People Operations team, responsible for facilitating internal training and the Drizly onboarding experience. You will support Drizly’s Learning and Development Lead in streamlining and optimizing Drizly’s development opportunities for a hybrid work environment, aligning to our mission of creating an inclusive environment where a diverse group of people can and want to do their best work.

- Own and optimize the employee onboarding experience at Drizly
- Facilitate internal training programs, ensuring feedback is consistently favorable and participation goals are met
- Provide project management and administrative support in the planning and execution of tasks
