Who you are
You are an adaptable and customer-focused technologist that thrives on removing the friction that outdated tools and processes create. With an eye for best-practices on implementation, you thrive on handling multiple clients per day, guiding them toward success with your product with empathy and passion to make things better.
Not only are you experienced with efficient SQL queries out of MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, you can also begin parsing data with Python, Ruby, or another programming language. In fact, you could even be a software engineer at a lot of companies, but you love working through tickets and being on the front-end of a customers journey: the critical moments they start to implement your product.
We’d be really impressed if you understand price, quantity, sale, and other fundamental eCommerce data and have a level of programming experience that could put you into a problem solving situation with one of our Senior Engineers. We’re growing fast, so that type of collaboration is common.
What the role is*
In this role you will:
- Play a critical role in the companies largest strategies by successfully onboarding a few hundred retail partners or more
- Help other integration team members grow their technical capabilities and be seen as a subject matter expert for your stakeholders on the Onboarding, Sales, and Account Management teams
- Guide the integration team to scalable processes through efficient, iterative implementation process
