Who you are
You are a strategic and analytically minded retention marketer or retention analyst with a track record of driving results through your passion for understanding customers and determining how to improve how they are served. You thrive when you get to balance your big picture thinking with your ability to execute and collaborate with your internal partners.
You have 3+ years of direct B2C or B2B2C email marketing experience coupled with 2+ years of people management experience. You know that data and customer analysis is a critical foundation for how you grow the relationship with the consumer. And while you work with BI and DataScience, you also recognize that you and your team need to be super capable to lead analysis. You have advanced excel experience, you are very comfortable working in BI packages like Looker or Tableau, and you know your way around SQL. We’d also be super impressed if you have mobile focused experience.
What the role is
In the Head of CRM role, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, responsible for driving retention and customer engagement. You will report directly into our Chief Marketing Officer and own the CRM strategy and the overarching goal of strengthening our relationship with consumers, driving loyalty and more orders and growth for Drizly.
In the role, you will partner cross functionally with BI and Product as well as with the Brand and Acquisition teams within marketing. This role is a channel marketing opportunity so you will be able to drive clear results that have a direct impact on our bottom line and you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding our customer loyalty goals.
In this role, you will:
- Own the full CRM plan from creating the big picture strategy to the roadmap and the execution. Your goal is to accelerate retention and loyalty across multiple channels
- Develop a robust plan for testing, analyzing, and iterating to ensure the team is constantly improving and innovating
- Collaborate cross functionally with Product, BI, Data Science and Brand to accomplish your goals.
- Lead the CRM team by developing and motivating a high-performing team
