Not only was Freight Farms one of the first companies to emerge as an Ag Tech leader, but it was the first to build a farm inside a shipping container. Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and forward thinking creative designer with strong digital skills who can work in a fast-paced work environment and has a passion for the details. This creative role will work with the marketing team and across all departments to concept, design and create compelling marketing campaigns and associated content across multiple channels and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Concept and craft thoughtful branded experiences across all platforms (digital and print)

  • Design creative sales materials including brochures, event flyers, infographics, email templates, one pagers, event signage, advertisements, and website.

  • Work collaboratively across Marketing, Sales, and Client Service teams to ensure consistency of Freight Farms branding and to meet key deadlines

  • Collaborate and support the Design Lead in developing creative design solutions from conception through implementation that strategically translate and support the brand guidelines


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color senses and the latest design trends

  • Slide interpersonal capabilities along with superlative verbal, visual and written communication skills

  • Baseline understanding of design methodologies, user experience/interface design, information design, and corporate identity/branding

  • Can work independently or collaboratively with small cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time management skills

  • Strong knowledge of content platform current best practices, technologies and creative standards

  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite

  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads and have a portfolio that demonstrates this.

  • 5+ years of experience
