As a customer support specialist at Appcues, you’ll:
- Talk to customers a lot! You’ll be helping our customers (most often software PMs, marketers, and CSMs) troubleshoot complex issues with excellent email, chat (in our customer Slack community), and occasional video chat support
- Develop comprehensive expertise about the Appcues product and the problems our customers solve by using it. Ken Jennings : Jeopardy :: You : Appcues
- Work closely with the Appcues sales team to help with technical implementation for new customers
- Help our product get better by working directly with our engineering team to identify bugs or issues and collect feedback from customers
