Who you are

You are a strong communicator and super-driven. You are energized by challenges and can easily adapt to changes. You are persistent and thoughtful, especially when it comes to understanding what a customer really wants and strategizing an approach that will best meet those needs. The thought of spending your days building and maintaining strong relationships with customers energizes you. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, accustomed to multitasking and managing multiple projects at a time.

You have a proven track record of success and 2-4 years of account management experience, ideally in e-commerce or the BevAlc industry.

What the role is

In this Corporate Account Manager role, you will be an integral part of the Corporate Business Development team, you will support the Senior Manager of Corporate Business Development on testing and iterating on our new Driz for Biz program and optimizing the experience of existing business customers. You will be a dedicated resource to our 1,000+ top tier business partners, focusing primarily on managing and growing these accounts.

You will have an integral role in expanding the Drizly network and a direct impact on scaling our corporate business segment.

In this role, you will:

  • Retain, optimize, and increase revenue generation of our most valuable business customers
  • Test & leverage our new Driz for Biz program to help accelerate GMV growth within our existing corporate client base
  • Effectively communicate benefits of using the Drizly marketplace to simplify business ordering
  • Proactively engage with our top customers to understand current usage and increase/optimize adoption
  • Help expand our corporate offering by identifying customer pain points and communicate ideas with internal departments to determine best solutions to meet their needs
