This is an exciting opportunity if you are interested in taking your education and content experience to the next level. This position will have a real impact on the development of our marketing strategy and lead generation. You will collaborate across disciplinary lines on a small team.

Key Activities:

  • Be part of a high-energy, high-performing team that develops content to generate leads and pipeline for the sales team
  • Design the demand generation playbook. Develop thematic, integrated marketing campaigns and the supporting content team that drives pipeline and awareness for 6 River Systems
  • Continuously research and leverage new distribution channels, and manage content partner relationships
  • Manage all aspects of the email marketing, including planning, copywriting, testing, and reporting
  • Design and execute a lead nurture strategy that generates pipeline, resurfaces leads and accelerates opportunities
  • Create compelling, conversion-focused landing pages for content, webinars and events that drive qualified leads
  • Develop and manage an A/B testing schedule. Implement learnings to continuously optimize email, landing page and social performance


Position Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in rapidly changing startup environment
  • Strategic and tactical skills, with ability to develop strategic marketing plans and roll up your sleeves to make them happen
  • Self-starter, master collaborator and skilled project coordinator, with experience managing projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Organization and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in retail, logistics, or supply chain is a plus
