Navigating Generational Workforces: LogMeIn x DH

Monday, July 15 @ 5:15 pm - 8:00 pm

Free
RSVP / Register

How do we foster strong communication & collaboration between generational workforces (from Gen Z to Baby Boomers)?

With the first group of Gen Zer’s entering the workforce last year, businesses now have as many as four different generations working together and collaborating more closely than ever. Each generation, however, has been shaped by different cultural events, technologies, and approaches to work – and creating a working environment that mixes all of their unique needs takes work and deep understanding.

Please join us for an excellent event at District Hall, where Unified Communication & Collaboration thought leaders and authorities will take part in a panel discussion detailing out the characteristics of each generation in the workplace, as well as strategies for fostering collaboration between these groups, including:

  • Defining and training employees on common practices – don’t assume everyone is speaking the same language
  • Provide unified IT and end-user experiences – when everyone is working with the same technologies, it’s far easier to collaborate
  • Focus on relationships – through HR and culture initiatives, reinforce that co-workers have more similarities than differences

Enjoy refreshments and cocktails while also getting a preview of some of the hottest start-ups in the Boston area who have solutions that help generational workforces achieve more!

**RSVP is required.
