Are you overwhelmed with work for the business, but not sure where your team is headed? Does your team lack its own identity or purpose? We have all been there and as a leader in your organization it’s up to you to carve out your roadmap and push for its prioritization or your team will continue to drift from project to project. In this talk we’ll cover how to work backwards from a vision to create a roadmap your team and business will support.

* NOTE: The Zoom link will be visible on this page to everyone who has RSVP’d “Yes” on the day of the event. Please note that you must make a free Zoom account to participate: https://zoom.us/signup (recommend using your non-work email)*
