Help Me Help You!: Making Customer Complaints Work for You
Tuesday, September 17, 2019 @ 10:15 am - 11:45 amFree
When it’s go-time in the ring, you need the best in your corner. But without the proper tools and training, you’ll be unable to keep customers happy and provide your team with the support they need.
During this workshop, we’ll explore the answers to:
- How do you determine who you need on your side?
- How do you onboard the right people to face the customer?
- How do you provide them the tools to set them up for a win?
- And how do you determine their success rate?
This interactive workshop will walk you through real-life customer experiences, so you can learn exactly how to handle each situation. Learning how to understand which customer complaints are valid and should be shared with your product team, and which complaints need to be managed with care so you can reduce churn.
This event is part of the Customer Success & Support Track at Startup Boston Week 2019. And is perfect for companies in the Early Stage and Growth Stage.
