Emotion AI Summit 2018: Trust in AI

Thursday, September 6, 2018 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

RSVP / Register

We live, work and play alongside Artificial Intelligence. AI is engrained in the fabric of our lives… in the devices and technologies we use at home, in the places we work, in our cars.

AI is doing things on our behalf. Making us more efficient, faster and sometimes even happier. What does it take though for humans to trust in AI to make the right decisions — decisions that influence our lives? And not only that, how can AI trust in humans?

There are numerous examples where this new social contract does not exist — or notions of trust have been violated. How can we as an ecosystem come together to realize Trust in AI? What are the considerations and challenges? What does success look like?

Join us at this year’s Emotion AI Summit where we will discuss Trust in AI, and how this manifests itself in vastly different areas: from automotive and robotics, to healthcare, and even advertising. We will also explore how Emotion AI is a key component of building trust between humans and technology.

About Emotion AI

As seen in The VergeVentureBeatForbesFast Company, and WIRED, artificial emotional intelligence, or Emotion AI, is one of the hottest new areas in AI. Emotion AI transforms how humans and machines interact. As these interactions are becoming more conversational, perceptual and relational, like humans, technology needs emotional intelligence to be most effective. Emotion AI powers apps, devices and digital experiences so they can sense and adapt to human emotions, and provides businesses with data to understand consumer emotional engagement. Today Emotion AI is in use in a number of industries, from automotive to healthcare and everywhere in between.
