Join us for a virtual happy hour as we discuss how venture capital has changed since COVID-19 and how founders who are fundraising should adjust to stand out during uncertain times. We will have a frank conversation about what founders do during and after the crisis.

Lex Zhao, Partner of One Way Ventures, an early stage venture fund whose mission is to invest in exceptional immigrant founders building high-impact global companies. Lex identifies investment opportunities, leads diligence, and works with entrepreneurs to help build large, enduring companies. Himself an immigrant from China, Lex previously led the operations team at Vestwell, a venture-backed fintech startup. Prior to Vestwell, Lex earned his MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. At Chicago Booth, he was an Associate at Moderne Ventures and took part in the New Venture Challenge startup accelerator program.

Our discussion will be moderated by Diana Yuan, the Co-Founder and VP of Talent & Operations at Indico, a Venture-backed Boston startup that provides Intelligent Process Automation solutions for the Financial Services and Insurance Industry.
