Algorithms & Interview Prep – Linked Lists
Thursday, February 20 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pmFree
Prepping for a coding interview? Join us at WWCode Boston’s monthly Algorithms + Interview Prep meetup. This meetup allows you to practice technical interview questions in a friendly, safe, and collaborative environment. Attendees work in small groups to improve their white boarding and problem-solving skills.
We are going to divide and conquer each month. In this first meet up for 2020, we will focus on Linked Lists
We’ll spend the first part of the evening reviewing some basics together and then split up into groups. Groups are organized by preferred programming language, where everyone works together to find a solution. Problems are provided and vary in difficulty.
Check out our Github repo for examples of past problems: https://github.com/WomenWhoCodeBoston/algorithms
For Beginners: you’ll pair with other early learners and practice answering easier questions. You’re also encouraged to join a more experienced group and learn from their solutions. Laptops are NOT required! (Although you may need them to view the questions on our website).
Please, no recruiters – this is a study group and not a recruiting event.
6:00 – 6:15 pm | Sign in, pick a table, eat and mingle
6:15 – 6:45 pm | Introduction, revision, eat
6:45 – 8:00 pm | Coding questions and discussion within groups
Algorithm problems are posted on our Github. Contributions welcome! Give us a problem you’ve faced in a real interview, and we’ll add it to the list: https://github.com/WomenWhoCodeBoston/Algorithms
